At Obayashi, under the leadership of our Management Meeting, policies and strategies for diversity and inclusion are formulated by the Business Plan Committee in addition to the Human Rights Expert Committee and Human Resources Management Expert Committee, both of which were established under the Business Plan Committee. Specific measures are planned and carried out by the Diversity & Inclusion Promotion Department established in the Head Office of Obayashi.
