Well-Being Enhancement Programs

Obayashi Group regards health management as a central component of its talent management strategy. In December 2022, we established a health management policy and a dedicated committee to build a structured approach for active promotion. Specific health management challenges have been identified, along with key goals and metrics to address them effectively.Promoting health and productivity management

In February 2023, we implemented a welfare platform named “carefull” by Nanoni, designed for all employees and their families to address health challenges across different life stages. This platform offers access to health-related webinars essential for planning career and life events, an anonymous support community, and employee discount benefits on various healthcare services.
