PT. Jaya Obayashi receives ISO 30415:2021(Human resource management ― Diversity and inclusion)

On February 17, 2023, PT. Jaya Obayashi received ISO 30415:2021(Human resource management — Diversity and inclusion) certification, which is a new international standard established by the Internal Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2021. PT. Jaya Obayashi is only the second Indonesian organization to acquire this ISO certification and the first company in the construction industry. It is also the first Japanese affiliated company to hold this certification and the first company in the Obayashi Group.

PT. Jaya Obayashi contributes donations to a facility to support the employment of people with disabilities and an organization to support learning by children who find it difficult to go to school. In addition, toward the creation of a workplace where everyone can work comfortably, PT. Jaya Obayashi has a nursing room for use by employees returning to work during breast feeding and a prayer room for employees to use for prayer.

For certification, in addition to these activities, the fact that PT. Jaya Obayashi employs three people with disabilities at a café inside the company as baristas was also recognized.

PT. Jaya Obayashi will continue to support all employees for their active participation, as a company open to diverse human resources.
