On December 24, 2021, we joined the "Iku-Boss Corporate Alliance" hosted by Fathering Japan, a specified non-profit organization, and on the same day, President Hasuwa made the "declaration of "Iku-Boss"."
The "Iku-Boss Corporate Alliance" is a network of companies that aims to change the mindset of their managers and develop Iku-Boss * in order to achieve work-life balance for their employees, and currently has over 240 member companies. Member companies have publicly declared in the "declaration of "Iku-Boss"" that they will create an environment in which employees can raise children with peace of mind while maintaining a work-life balance.
