Summary

Jot's-Crete is a wet spraying technology using polymer cement mortar.

By using a liquid accelerator, initial strength can be increased, and thick-layer spraying is feasible.

Features

Physical Properties

  • Can be sprayed in a single layer up to a maximum thickness of about 100 mm.
  • The cover for reinforcing steel is sprayed with a mixture of reinforcing fibers for high adhesion.
  • Excellent initial adhesion strength and durability even under vibration conditions.

Constructability

  • High thick-layer spraying performance and rebar backfilling capability improve work efficiency and shorten the construction process.
  • High fluidity allows for efficient pumping even in high temperatures.
  • Plastering after spraying is possible.
