We are protecting and nurturing fishery products through green infrastructure, for example, by constructing the rearing places for Manila (Asari) clams at coastal areas, and cleaning seawater through abalone (farming) ecosystem in their rearing.

  This temporary emergency ward provides supports to solve hospital bed shortage due to spread of infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 and novel influenza infection.

• "Multi Mist®," equipment enabling automatic disinfection of environmental surface in absence of users

  This is a system that disinfects environmental surface with chemical mist spray, to minimize infectious risk from bacteria and virus.

We are contributing to purification of air and water and remediation of soils, through our initiatives in green infrastructure.

Based on the idea that human resources are one of our most important management resource, we are conducting various trainings in order to inherit "attitude of honest craftsmanship" and "technological capabilities" that we acquired since our foundation.

• Securing and Developing Skilled Workers in Construction Industry

  We have established the Obayashi Rin-yu-kai Vocational Training School* in 2014, in order to nurture skilled workers at Obayashi's suppliers and subcontractors, and pass on expert skills to future generations. Employees of Obayashi and its suppliers and subcontractors serve as instructors .
