This project was designed to revitalize the station area in connection with relocation of the former Kokura Station. As the representative member of the specified agent, Obayashi served as the project promoter and constructed Kyushu’s highest condominium complex, complete with commercial space and parking. A living environment with high added value was created by harmonizing the complex with the surrounding area.
