Robert B. Diemer Water Treatment Plant Oxidation Retrofit Program
The Robert B. Diemer Water Treatment Plant is owned and operated by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The Oxidation Retrofit Program project upgrades/modifies the existing Plant. This project enabled the water treatment plant to treat water with an oxygen/ozone system.
