We constructed the JR East Group’s first wooden commercial building. By incorporating Obayashi’s mid- to high-rise timber construction technologies, the building actively uses wood to help sequester CO2 and promote the circular use of forest resources. Located in front of Kunitachi Station, an area known for its strong commitment to landscape and community development, the project delivers a commercial building befitting the station-front streetscape.
