This project is the third of six wind power plants being constructed across the northern Hokkaido region as part of the Dohoku Wind Power Generation Project. It involves the installation of 15 wind turbines, each with an output of 4,300 kW—among the largest in Japan—providing power equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 47,000 households.
