OAK LOGISTICS CENTER NAGOYA is an urban logistics facility developed, designed, constructed, and operated through collaboration across the Obayashi Group. Electricity generated by solar power is used within the facility, while surplus power is supplied to facilities operated by Obayashi Road. The facility also employs Obayashi’s proprietary microbial nutrient “Chloroclean™” to remediate groundwater contaminated with VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
