We developed an office building with commercial facilities in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, as part of our own development project. It is the largest rental property solely owned by Thai Obayashi, a member of the Obayashi Group. The tower incorporates several technologies introduced for the first time in Thailand, including CFT (concrete filled steel tube) columns, V-shaped steel “V-columns,” and an exterior cladding method in which facade components are installed directly onto the structural frame.
